**SDR Coordinator/Team Leader**

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead, motivate, and support our SDRs in their efforts to generate and qualify leads for the sales team. You will play a crucial part in achieving the company’s revenue goals by ensuring the SDR team operates efficiently and effectively.

To be a successful SDR Team Leader at Montel, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet and set deadlines and targets.

**SDR Team Leader Responsibilities**:

- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from Marketing.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
- Effectively use sales tools to prospect accounts
- Create and prioritise target account and contact lists
- Provide day-to-day coaching to help SDRs overcome obstacles and ensure that your team delivers on targets
- Identify needs for additional trainings and help design and deliver those trainings
- Set KPIs for the SDR Team that align with business objectives
- Ensure the SDR Team effectively use sales tools and resources
- Provide reports and feedback on performance of the SDR Team.

**SDR Team Leader Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or 3-5yrs relevant experience
- Sales or SDR experience in SaaS, energy or data analytics sectors would be beneficial but not essential Strong and professional communication skills

- Results driven & competitive nature required
- Good time management, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail essential.
- Previous business development experience through effective use of core sales tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales navigator, Apollo is desirable.
- Computer literacy - essential
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
- Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
- Team lead experience a definite plus
- Contact centre experience a definite plus
