**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Budgetverantwortung (Kosten und Ertrag) für die verantworteten Zielgebiete
- Planung der jährlichen Budgets für das zugeordnete Team, für Garantien und Vorauszahlungen sowie unterjähriges Monitoring in Abstimmung mit dem Director
- Monitoring der Margen
- und Umsatzentwicklung auf Destinationsebene
- Destinationsplanung, -entwicklung, -management: Planung und Umsetzung der Produktstrategie nach Rücksprache mit dem Director
- Analyse und Optimierung des Portfolios auf Basis wirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen aus Budget und Strategie
- Konsequente Aufnahme neuer, zur Produktphilosophie passender Angebote und Zielgebiete
- Briefing der DMC auf Basis der Planzahlen und Einkaufsvorgaben, Verhandlung der Rahmenbedingungen mit Zielgebietsagenturen, Mitwirkung im saisonalen Hoteleinkauf bei strategischen Partnern
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der DTHR-Markenstrategie in den Destinationen
- Mitwirkung bei der Flugeinkaufsplanung und enger Austausch mit Flugeinkauf und -disposition
- Initiierung, Bewertung und Beantragung von Garantien/Vorauszahlungen
- Festlegung der Kalkulationsparameter und unterjähriger Trading Parameter
- Sicherstellen der frühzeitigen Präsenz und Buchbarkeit der Produkte in allen Vertriebskanälen
- Initiierung und Planung von Marketing
- und Vertriebsaktivitäten zur Sicherstellung einer klaren Marktpositionierung
- Relationship Management im Zielgebiet mit strategischen Partnern
- Ggf. Übernahme von eigenen Zielgebieten im Rahmen der regulären Tätigkeiten des Produkt-Managements
- Mengen
- und Ertragsplanung auf Hotelebene
- Vorantreiben von System
- und Prozessoptimierung - auch für bereichsübergreifende Themen aus Product und Trading.
- Mitwirkung in Projekten
- Führung und Steuerung eines Teams

**Dein Profil**:

- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tourismuskauffrau/-mann, idealerweise ergänzt mit erfolgreich abgeschlossenem Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit touristischer Vertiefung
- mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung bei einem Reiseveranstalter, Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- weitreichende Zielgebiets
- und touristische Marktkenntnisse
- verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit unternehmerischem Denken und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Präsentationsstärke
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Geschäftspartnern und Kollegen
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
