**What You Will Do**:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join the business as Finance Business Partner, Germany. The position had arisen due to a recent acquisition and the role will lead on FP&A in Germany. The role will report into the International Finance Director and work closely with our Germany General Manager along with the Europe Director, Finance. It will be a Hybrid role with regular attendance at either our Möhnesee or Frankfurt office required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Germany General Manager and other members of the Germany Management Team to develop and manage operational plans internally.
- Manage all business planning and monitoring activities including management of business metrics, KPIs, scoreboards and all financial controls for the region.
- Ensure accurate, timely and comprehensive information is provided to meet reporting timetables and management reporting deadlines.
- As a member of the Germany Management Team, contribute significantly to leadership meetings and provide all required reporting including preparing all finance materials to support the Europe and International Finance Director at Group level meetings.
- Contribute to business strategy including providing advice on the financial implications of new business ideas and/or changes and investment decisions.
- Improve continuously all business processes including standardisation of data reporting and appropriate controls over new customer contracts and pricelists ensuring alignment with Group practices.
- Interact with other Accounting and Finance teams to share knowledge and work collaboratively to improve financial practices across the group.
- Lead strategic or operational projects as requested by the International FD or regional GM.

**Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need**:

- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with upwards of 4 years post qualification experience.
- Relevant experience in a Private Equity-backed software company with and/or solid working understanding of recurring revenue KPIs and metrics
- Experience of operational business strategy and planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to groups
- Highly analytical and creative thinker with the ability to come up with solutions to operational issues.
- Experience of improving internal business processes
- Prior use of Salesforce and Adaptive Insights desirable. NetSuite and Tableau would be seen as advantageous
