**Teambeschreibung und Rollendetails**

Innerhalb von Global Procurement ist Sourcing & Buying Operations (SBO) Teil der Procurement & Travel Operations (PTO) Organisation der Deutschen Bank. Wir unterstützen den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess und sind direkt dafür verantwortlich, die transaktionalen Beschaffungsaktivitäten des Unternehmens mit der strategischen Beschaffung zu verbinden.

**Ziele des Sourcing Engagement and Support Teams**
- Zentrale Anlaufstelle für das Category Management in Operations
- Sicherstellen, dass die Kategoriestrategien in Operations umgesetzt werden
- Unterstützung der strategischen Beschaffung (Strategic Procurement) bei operativen Aktivitäten, einschließlich Contract Enablement und Auswahl des geeigneten Einkaufskanals
- Sicherstellen, dass die vertraglich vereinbarten Bedingungen in die operativen Prozesse und Kontrollen implementiert werden

**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**
- Verwaltung spezifischer Ausgabenkategorien durch die Einhaltung des PR-Kontrollrahmens (PR Control Framework) bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Kategorien und Optimierung der Einkaufskanäle
- Verwaltung und Anleitung zu Beschaffungsgrundsätzen, -richtlinien und -verfahren, bei Bedarf mit direkter Hilfe und Unterstützung für Endbenutzer
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl der Beschaffungskanäle, wie von der Katalogstrategie und den jeweiligen Category Managern festgelegt
- Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Stakeholder Management und der strategischen Beschaffung (Strategic Procurement), z. B. Einhaltung von Bestellungen, Ausgaben im Vergleich zu Verträgen, Einhaltung von Einkaufskanälen usw.
- Vorantreiben der Prozessverbesserung auf der Grundlage von Zielen, Best Practices und Ergebnissen von KPIs und Audits
- Unterstützung von Change-Management-Aktivitäten, um die Einführung neuer Prozesse sicherzustellen
- Zusammenarbeit mit unserem internen Operational Insights Team

**Kompetenzen und Erfahrungen**
- Erfahrung im Bereich Procurement Operations, Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen und/oder Verständnis der End-to-End-Beschaffung
- Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Management oder im Lieferanten-/Vertragsmanagement vorzugsweise in der Finanzbranche
- Starke organisatorische, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch in einem Team zu arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel

Within Global Procurement, Sourcing & Buying Operations (SBO) is part of Deutsche Bank’s Procurement & Travel Operations (PTO) organization. We support the end-to-end Procurement process and are directly responsible for connecting the company’s transactional procurement activities with strategic procurement.

**Sourcing Engagement and Support Team Objectives**
- Single point of contact for Category Management into Operations
- Ensure that Category Strategies are implemented in Operations
- Support Strategic Procurement on operations related activities including Contract Enablement and selection of appropriate buying channel
- Ensure contracted terms and conditions are implemented into operational processes and controls yielding tangible benefits

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage specific spend categories by maintaining the PR Control Framework while ensuring category compliance and buying channel optimization
- Manage and provide guidance on procurement principles, policies, and procedures, with direct assistance and support to end-users where required
- Support Buying Channel selection, as defined by catalog strategy and respective Category Manager(s)
- Work directly with Stakeholder Management and Strategic Procurement including PO Compliance, spend against Contract, Buying Channel Adherence, etc.
- Drive process improvement based on targets, best practices and outcome of KPIs and audits
- Support change management activities to ensure rollout of new processes
- Work with our internal Operational Insights

**Skills and experiences**
- Procurement Operations experience and procurement process optimization and/or understanding of end-to-end sourcing
- Experience in commercial management or vendor/contract management in the financial industry
- Strong organizational, analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience in building strong productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to both independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and spoken German and English skills as well as very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
