**Master Thesis: Statistical 3D Denoising on GPU for Industrial CT**:

We design and manufacture a range of sensing instrumentation that are utilised in a vast array of market segments. Our Software teams design, prototype, implement and validate next-generation software for industrial sensing systems. We collaborate with teams to solve complex technical challenges and design future innovations.

Description:
CT Scanning increasingly demands for fast throughput time. It can be achieved by eitherreducing number of projections (under-sampling artifacts) or X-ray dose (noisedegradation). And increased noise degradation results in insufficient reconstructionquality with classical Filtered Backprojection (FBP) based algorithms.

Sinogram interpolation can help mitigate the artifacts.

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- have good programming knowledge.
- have experience with computed tomography.
- have programming experience with C++ or python.
- Be registered as student in a technical field like computer science, mathematics, physics or engineering.
- Fluent in English or German
