**Accounts Assistant / Administrator**

A Japanese manufacturer is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to work in their small team in a suburb of Dusseldorf.

This role be responsible for not only accounting and cashiering tasks but also general office and sales support tasks.

Business level in English and conversational level of German are required for this position.

**TYPE**: Permanent, full-time

**WORKING HOURS**: 8:30-16:45 from Monday to Friday (45 mins lunch break)

**SALARY**: up to 45k

**STARTING DATE**: ASAP

**LOCATION**: Suburb of Dusseldorf, Germany

**Accounts Assistant MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Independent implementation of financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Processing of payment transactions and dunning
- Asset accounting
- Independent preparation of the monthly statements and BWA's
- Preparation and participation in annual financial statements in cooperation with the tax consultant and the auditor
- Creation of sales tax returns
- Independent control of various administrative activities such as government offices, banks
- Participation in special projects in close cooperation with the management
- Partly general affairs
- Vacation replacement and help to the order processing and production booking dept
- Involved in special customer project statistics

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- 1+ year relevant experience
- Successfully completed vocational training as a financial accountant, tax clerk, accountant or comparable
- Confident handling and experience with MS Office
- Experience with ERP systems such as Navision
- High willingness to work independently and on your own responsibility
- Communication, teamwork and assertiveness
- Business level of English
- Conversational level of German
- Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese language skill would be advantageous

【応募要件】
- 財務会計士、税務事務、会計士、または同等の知識をお持ちの方
- 1年以上の同様の経験をお持ちの方
- PCスキル(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- NavisionなどのERPシステムの使用経験
- 自立して自分の責任で仕事をする高い意欲をお持ちの方
- コミュニケーション、チームワークを大切にし業務に望める方
- ビジネスレベルの英語力、会話レベルのドイツ語力

【給料】

経験に応じてup to €45k 程度
