- Super Aufgaben:
Fachliche Unterstützung der Operations Changer
-Projektmitarbeit: Du arbeitest unter der fachlichen Leitung der Operations Changer an Projekten mit und konzipiert Lösungsansätze
-Prozessanalyse: Du prüfst vorhandene Prozesse auf Qualität und Aktualität
-Prozessdokumentation: Du hältst Prozessdokumente aktuell und erstellst bei Bedarf neue Dokumentation
-Prozessgestaltung: Du nimmst bei Bedarf Änderungen an bestehenden Prozessen vor
-Bei Prozessveränderungen beachtest Du die Schnittstellen zu anderen Abteilungen und sorgst für eine fachabteilungsübergreifende Abstimmung
-Du nimmst regelmäßig am Tagesgeschäft der Operativen teil, um Praxisnähe zu bewahren
-Du unterstützt bei Bedarf die Support-Kolleg*innen in der Operativen

Super Anforderungen:Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Themengebiet oder vergleichbare Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem ähnlichem Aufgabengebiet
-Tiefe Kenntnisse in MS-Office(v.a. Power Point und Excel) und SAP. Kenntnisse zu Qlik und HZ3 sind von Vorteil.
-Analytische Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
-Spaß an der Arbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und guter Umgang mit Ambiguität
-Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Eigenmotivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
-Flexibilität und Organisationstalent
-Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
-Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von Deutschland, vor allen Dingen zu den Techem-Standorten: Berlin, Nürnberg und Eschborn
