We are looking for a Departmental Assistant to support the effective and efficient running of the Finance & Internal Services Department, also supporting ongoing projects and change initiatives.

In your role you will
- Contributing to departmental goals by supporting projects, change initiatives on organizational culture and structure as well as quality management measures.
- Support the introduction of new ideas in the department and champion continuous improvement
- Co-ordinate reporting processes, key deadlines and coherent documentation within the department.
- Organize and coordinate team & departmental meetings and events, departmental trainings and intersectional meetings including minute-taking and follow-ups
- Research and prepare reports and presentations of ad-hoc topics.
- Ensure proper preparation and actualisation of important department documents, presentations and internal communication
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, appointment coordination, travel bookings and invoicing

You Have
- You share a strong identification with the values of the organisation
- You have experience in similar positions or other relevant work experience
- You live high service orientation and are a reliable teamplayer
- You are flexible and a quick learner
- You have very good user skills in MS-Office (especially Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- You have very good German and English skills
- Experience with Sharepoint and reporting is an advantage
- You are able to work independently and detail-oriented.

- Payment according to a transparent internal salary structure; in this position according to group 2 with full-time employment (40h/week) from 3.309 Euro to a maximum of 4.187 Euro, depending on the relevant professional experience
