As an **HR/People Business Partner (M/F/d) for our Sales function** in Germany with oversight of 4 additional European Sales offices and markets, you'll have a true impact by **partnering with business leaders** and **driving people initiatives** aligned with our strategy and growth ambitions.

**What you'll do**
- **Strategic Consultation**: Be the first point of contact for people matters, collaborating with global and local teams (Talent Acquisition, People Development, People Operations). Proactively consult, enable, and challenge business leaders on a diverse range of people topics at both strategic and operational levels.
- **Performance and Development**: Actively support people performance, development, and organizational changes. Drive people initiatives in alignment with our business and people strategy.
- **Insights and Engagement**: Draw insights from personal interactions and data (e.g., pulse surveys) to enhance employee engagement, team health, and overall business performance.
- **Collaboration and Change**: Collaborate closely with related functions, shaping our organization and leading change as an ambassador for a world-class employee experience and performance culture.

**What you should bring**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years (more for a senior role) in a similar HR/People business partner role within a highly professional, dynamic, and international environment. Experience working with sales departments/leaders is a must and in an international context is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to generate superior insights from personal observations and data, coupled with the ability to drive execution at a high level.
- **Engagement**: Advanced engagement skills as a reliable and proactive sparring partner. Actively listen and constructively challenge senior international management.
- **Communication**: Clear and structured communication skills, fluency in both English and German are a must.
- **Adaptability**: Thrive in an environment of ambiguity, speed, and challenging priorities.
