Sales Operations Specialist

Founded in 2011, Anker quickly established itself as an innovator and market leader in intelligent charging solutions. Today Anker is bringing our signature innovation to the residential solar market, and we are looking for new team members to help us revolutionize a rapidly growing industry.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Customer Management: Responsible for channel customer acquisition, follow-up on customer orders, payment collection, and hands-on operation and management of account verification;
2. Sales Management: Analyze sales data, provide sales forecasts, and promote the achievement of sales targets;
3. Expense Management: Manage channel marketing expenses, realize channel policies, and drive sales achievement;
4. System Construction: Promote business process optimization, improve internal operational efficiency, and effectively support business expansion.
**OUR REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in English or International Trade are preferred;
2. Responsible for offline sales operations in the European and American markets, covering sales management, customer management, order management, etc.;
3. Proficient in data analysis, skilled in using data analysis tools and software;
4. Ability to use English as a working language;
5. Proactive and self-driven, responsible, able to withstand a certain level of work pressure, with excellent learning ability and good communication skills.
**Salary**: 3.500,00€ - 4.500,00€ per month
