Für unseren Standort in Neutraubling (bei Regensburg) suchen wir Dich als Mitarbeiter **Processquality Associate (m/w/d) **in Vollzeit.

**Darauf hast Du Lust**:

- Aufbau eines prozessorientierten Managementsystems nach internationalen Standards und konzeptionelle Erarbeitung und Einführung von neuen Prozessen
- Erstellung und Pflege von Verfahrensanweisungen
- Systematische Analyse von Betriebsdaten als Basis für Prozessverbesserungen
- Erstellung von Prozess FMEA's und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Absicherung der Prozesse
- Reporting im Management Review, Prozessbewertung und Qualität KPI‘s
- Vorbereitung und Nachbearbeitung von Behörden und Zertifizierungsaudits. Überwachung der Prozesseinhaltung durch interne Prozess
- und Systemaudits
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Qualifizierungs
- und Validierungsmaßnahmen
- Ansprechpartner für Behörden und Zertifizierungsstelle

**Das wünschen wir uns**:

- Technische Berufsausbildung z. als Industriemechaniker bzw. Maschinenbaustudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Solide Kenntnisse im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise mit Fortbildung zum QMF
- Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen sowie gute SAP-Skills
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer mit hohe arbeiten Sorgfalt und Einsatzbereitschaft
