**HR Teamlead Pensions (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operationally lead a Global Business Services HR team to ensure effective team operations with a high service level
- Active HR development within the team using Bayer's development tools
- Professional cost/resource management
- Responsibility for the management of various HR processes and supporting services in day-to-day business and increasingly in projects
- Managing appropriate KPIs and ensuring effective service delivery in terms of efficiency, quality, engagement and employee perception
- Collaborate closely with the entire HR function and with other stakeholders to ensure quality standards and improve strategies and systems in the organization
- Actively seek modern future-proof improvements to services e.g., through process automation opportunities
- Proactively drive customer satisfaction by leveraging and sharing best practices and implementing standards based on global frameworks

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Completed university degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on human resources
- Initial leadership experience in successfully managing a team in line with LIFE values, including talent development
- Several years of expertise in an international customer service and service delivery environment as well as a strong ability to act as a role model for service excellence
- Detailed understanding of HR processes and systems
- Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate the team and good escalation management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients, such as internal managers and employees, as well as other stakeholders
- Passion for innovation and driving new approaches and perspectives in service delivery
- Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

**This position is to be filled for a limited period of 2 years.**
