**What part will you play?**
- As a sales onboarding Specialist you will craft, develop, and implement preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding programs for the sales force in the regions.
- The focus will be on onboarding programs for our global sales force to acclimate new hires to Siemens DI Organization, with the goal of reducing time to efficiency for new hires and replacements by providing standardized programs.
- You will define and design onboarding programs on general DI and sales related topics, role-based proficiencies and skills, develop onboarding programs within time and budget and implement them systematically in our regions.
- By measuring the efficiency of onboarding programs, gathering feedback, and networking internally and externally, you will ensure the best possible execution.
- You will work closely with various internal collaborators in the regional sales as well as with our regional P&O organizations.
- In addition, you will be the point of contact for the team leaders within the DI S HQ organization and support them in the onboarding of their new employees.
- You will be directly engaged in other onboarding related topics such as Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) for Sales organizations across regions.
**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have completed an academic degree in media, human resources, or a similar course of study.
- Furthermore, you will have multiple years of experience in similar capacity with focus on the learning and development within P&O and/or from a sales environment.
- You will impress us with your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as well as your open and inviting personality, that enjoys interacting with people who are upbeat and positive.
- The demeanor that "employees are our customers" is close to your heart.
- You have experience leading and facilitating trainings and enjoy professional education.
- You are characterized by a creative attitude and a hands-on mentality.
- As a phenomenal teammate, you enjoy working with people from a diverse group of backgrounds.
- For this role you need to be business fluent in both English and German languages.
