We are looking for an enthusiastic **Business Analytics Intern (f/m/x)** who will contribute to increasing the level of customer satisfaction and improving profitability and process excellence.

Duration: 5-6 months

**About the role**

As a** Business Analytics Intern (f/m/x)** you reach for the next level of customer satisfaction, profitability and process excellence.

You will work closely with Sales Operations to provide data transparency and identify opportunities that will help optimize processes with positive impact on revenue. You make sure the business keeps growing by providing clear analytical solutions on critical issues and develop new, innovative strategies to optimize our business.

**Your responsibilities**
- You analyze/maintain our organization's KPIs pertaining to specific projects
- You communicate and meet with stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytical impact
- You provide recommendations and operational insight on existing and new processes
- You analyze data to provide insights, enhancing business strategy and planning
- You create custom models and advanced analysis to drive key decisions within the Sales Operations Team

**Your profile**:

- Recent Bachelors or Masters graduate in Economics, Statistics or Business Administration and/or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in business analytics
- Solid knowledge in SQL (Python or R is a plus)
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Experience using statistical techniques or advanced modeling
- Strong communicator able to work at all levels within the business
