ADA Cosmetics International produces high-quality cosmetic products for the international 3- to 5-star hotel industry. Our portfolio includes exclusive luxury brands, trendy lifestyle concepts, wellness-oriented care lines and certified natural cosmetics - and we are always coming up with new ideas. With 600 employees worldwide, we develop creative ideas, translate them into marketable concepts and set trends far beyond the hotel bathroom.

**Mission**
- Responsibility for the Global Digital Business as a profit centre, including the development and management of all staff
- Develop efficient global omni-channel, B2B and B2C strategies, involving and coordinating with the international sales teams.
- Execution of all E-com activities, considering legal regulations and the company's own principles and policies
- Planning, implementation, and control of all marketing measures including control of external agencies and ensuring a uniform corporate image
- Setting up and optimising the technical infrastructure and interfaces
- Planning and managing the budget and all relevant KPIs
- Conducting market and competition analyses and defining and pursuing growth areas and development opportunities
- Active participation in overarching projects

**Skills**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing or related field
- Several years of leadership experience in digital and E-commerce including budget responsibility
- Very good knowledge in the areas of B2B, B2C as well as Omni-Channel
- Technical understanding of all technical infrastructures (ERP systems, shop platforms etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, commercial and organisational skills
- Analytical thinking, structured and organised way of working
