**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:
Du bringst Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing mit und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Performance Marketing und Tracking.
- Du besitzt 2-4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in neue Aufgaben einzudenken und hast Spaß an Problemlösungen
- Darüber hinaus hast Du bereits B2B und B2C Kampagnen konzipiert und umgesetzt
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Zahlen und Datenverständnis
- Ganzheitliches strategisches Verständnis für digitales Marketing
- Sehr gute Deutsch (C1) - und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Als Performance und Web Tracking Specialist identifizierst Du geeignete Online-Marketing-Aktivitäten für unsere Kunden, konzipiert interdisziplinäre Online-Kampagnen und entwickelst kreative Wachstumsstrategien. Du hast die Marketingziele unserer Kunden im Blick und verantwortest die Erstellung, Durchführung und das Monitoring vondigitalen Marketing-Kampagnen. Du unterstützt bei der Beratung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von DSGVO-konformen Tracking-Strategien für unsere Kunden, hilfst bei Analysieren und Interpretationen von Daten in Webanalyse-Tools wie Google Analytics oder eTracker und erstellst Reports und Dashboards. Du kontrollierst bestehende Tracking-Implementierungen, identifizierst Optimierungspotenzialen auf Landing Pages und im Conversion-Funnel. Du arbeitest eng mit den Kollegen aus dem Bereich Social Media und SEA zusammen.
