Wir suchen dich, um HERO Software an vielen Stellen noch professioneller aufzustellen und die **Gründer sowie das Management zu unterstützen** und damit das Unternehmen auf das nächste Level zu heben.
Dabei geht die Themenvielfalt über **Gesellschaftsrecht**, **Datenschutz**, R&D Förderung, **Vorbereitung und Leitung von Leadership Meetings**, spezielle Projekte wie Internationalisierung, allgemeine Legal - sowie arbeitsrechtliche Themen, **ESG** und **Diversity**. Auch Aufgabengebiete, die wir selber noch gar nicht kennen, die aber nach unserer Einschätzung in den kommenden 24 Monaten garantiert kommen werden.
Wir suchen also eine*n **unternehmerische*n Allrounder (w/m/d)** mit ausreichend Erfahrung aus vorherigen Legal Positionen oder vergleichbaren Stellen in Wachstums-StartUps, der Lust auf eine neue Erfahrung und ein ambitioniertes Team hat.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du arbeitest eng mit den Gründern und anderen Leadership-Positionen zusammen und verantwortest diverse rechtliche Themen, aber auch Projekte, die keinen direkten Legal-Bezug haben
- Du bringst dich proaktiv sowohl in **strategische** als auch **operative Themen** ein und begleitest diese von der Idee bis zum Projektmanagement und zur Umsetzung
- Du organisierst **Management-Meetings** sowie **Offsites** und bringst gemeinsam mit der Head of People & Culture das Leadership-Team auf die nächste Stufe
- Du bereitest in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern und dem C-Level von HERO **Investoren-Pitches** und **Board-Meetings** vor
- Du verantwortest die Themengebiete** Datenschutz**, **AGB**, **Patent
- und Markenrecht**, **Arbeitsrecht** und andere **Legal-Themen** sowie Antragstellungen im Bereich **R&D-Förderung** (und bringst diese aufs nächste Level)
- Bei vielen kleinen und größeren Projekten, die aktuell bei den Gründern von HERO aufgehängt sind, übernimmst du operative Verantwortung
- Bei allen vertraglichen und rechtlichen Themen aus den verschiedenen Abteilungen bist du erste*r Ansprechpartner*in und trägst so zu schnellen und pragmatischen Lösungen bei
- Du übernimmst in enger Absprache mit den Gründern und dem CFO **Verantwortung bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen**, aber auch in Hinblick auf Management-Anreiz-Programmen wie einem employee stock option plan (ESOP)
- Du hältst den Gründern sowie dem Management den Rücken frei und bist tief in Vision, Mission und Strategie bei HERO Software involviert -unter anderem mit der Steuerung des OKR-Prozesses

- Einen exzellenten Universitätsabschluss - gerne im Bereich der Rechtswissenschaften (oder vergleichbare Erfahrung)
- Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, mit entfernten Teams zusammenzuarbeiten, um gemeinsam erfolgreiche Lösungen zu entwickeln
- ** Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer relevanten Legal-Position** in einer Kanzlei, einem Wachstums-StartUp oder einem vergleichbaren Unternehmen
- ** Erfahrung als Chief of Staff, Founder Associate oder einer vergleichbaren Position**:
