Als Standort/e bieten wir an: München, Essen, Würzburg**Die Herausforderung**- Du übernimmst die technische Betreuung für unsere Voicebot Applikation und steuerst unsere Lieferanten während der Umsetzung
- Mit deinen Kollegen zusammen managst du unsere Contact - Center Applikationen und sorgst für ein reibungsloses Zusammenspiel der Anwendungen
- Unsere Fachbereiche werden von dir bei der Umsetzung neuer Use-Cases beraten und unterstützt
- Du gestaltest maßgeblich die Umsetzung für die digitale Zukunft der automatisierten Kundenserviceprozesse mit und hast somit direkten Einfluss auf das Kundenerlebnis sowie die tägliche Arbeit aller unserer Kollegen in den Service Centern**Ein Background, der überzeugt**
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld kannst du vorweisen- Erfahrung in agiler Softwareentwicklung, im Application Management, sowie in der Dienstleistersteuerung konntest du bereits sammeln
- Mit Voicebots hast du bereits gearbeitet und auch Contact/Call Center Applikationen sind die nicht Fremd
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte auf allen Ebenen klar und einfach kommunizieren
- Mit deiner sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise löst du auch größere Herausforderungen Schritt für Schritt
- Sehr gute (B2) Deutsch
- und gute (B1) Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
