Production Planner

As P**roduction Planner** at **logit.syncreon **based at our location in **Elsenfeld** you will be responsible for on-site coordination. **About the Role**:
**How you will contribute**:

- Continuous evaluation of the planned volume on the operational requirements (areas, storage capacity, MA requirements, equipment, productivity, customer requirements)
- Execution of production planning according to predefined processes and work instructions
- Internal and external coordination of goods availability
- Coordination of pick and pack orders for the various work areas
- Evaluating the impact of change requests as well as customer inquiries
- Processing of problem cases from the pick and pack area (order changes, master data, etc.)
- Determination of process times with the help of time recordings and MTM analyses
- Optimization of warehouse structure, system data maintenance
- Specification of required equipment (FFZ, workstation structure)
- Communication and coordination with operational departments
- Weekly reporting

**Your key qualification**:

- Successfully completed technical or commercial training.
- Operational experience in logistics, e.g. vocational training as warehouse logistics specialist or warehouse specialist, logistics master (IHK) desirable
- at least 2 years of professional experience as logistics planner in the field of logistics (outbound, inbound or aftersales) or in a comparable position
- experience in the areas of warehouse planning & material flow optimization
- Know-how in project management
- Fluent German and good English skills are desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel, MS-Visio
- Experience in dealing with enterprise resource planning systems (WMS)
- High level of personal responsibility, independence as well as planning and organizational skills
- Dynamic, goal-oriented and decisive personality with a passion for completing tasks in a timely manner
- Analytical understanding of process-related interrelationships and a focus on figures, data and facts
