The Vice President Human Resources partners with the business to develop HR strategies that ensures that all HR operations are in order and running smoothly. He/she will supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic HR plans, like compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and employee engagement, etc

The Vice President Human Resources /f/m/d) partners with the business to develop HR strategies that ensures that all HR operations are in order and running smoothly. He/she will supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic HR plans, like compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and employee engagement, etc

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the HR strategy in support of the organisation’s strategy and implement policies to ensure compliance.
- Perform pipeline management, accurate people forecasting and resourcing activities in line with the strategic workforce planning model.
- Train managers on the process of remuneration governance, evaluate and review the implementation of the compensation and benefits processes and drive the implementation of all programs.
- Train and develop managers on the organisation’s leadership brand and ensure implementation thereof.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that training and development strategies are in line with business objectives.
- Manage and co-ordinate the human resources budget, HR events calendar, compile reports and HR metrics.
- Market the organisation’s employee value proposition internally and externally.
- Co-ordinate and implement employee satisfaction and best company to work for surveys.
- Provide ongoing training and education to managers on the performance management process to ensure strategy execution.
- Effectively manage and co-ordinate the activities of the human resources team.
- Provide support to direct reports in the achievement of HR goals.
- Observe the external market by analysing human resources trends and recommending improvements to existing procedures, strategies and policies.
- Manage and coordinate initiatives to solve employee and/or management issues.

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Previous experience working as a HR Director for at least 3 year(s)
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources
- Experience managing and leading a team of specialists and generalists in the HR field
- Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other human resources recognition and engagement programs and processes
- Good knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
- Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to any level of management that provides overall company leadership and direction
- Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organisation managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated experience dealing with labour legislation and excellent understanding of local German labor laws
- Experience with HR tools and recruiting software
