SENSORY ANALYSIS EXPERT

YOUR TASKS
- Lead the sensorik recipe validation of innovation and renovation at Capri-Sun
- Take over planning, organization, execution and evaluation of sensory tests with software FIZZ (includes differentiation, discrimination, preference and acceptance analyses)
- Lead of the product stability validation
- Statistical analysis of all sensory data, reporting, and communication across multiple business functions
- Interpret, synthesize and analyze sensory data using scientific/statistic techniques
- Lead of the internal sensory panel including recruiting and training of the panellists to maintain and develop the panel performance and motivation
- Create and adapt sensory evaluations and procedures that utilize sensory software and tools to advance the recording, tracking, analysis and communication of sensory tasting results
- Develop of sensory test designs and methodology to advance the recording, tracking, analysis and communication of sensory tasting results
- Stay current with literature or information regarding sensory evaluation
- Preparation and execution of presentations and workshops in the field of sensory science including the 'Become a taste Expert' training
- Project management / project coordination

YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Food Science / Sensory Science or a comparable degree
- Professional working experience of 3-5 years in a comparable position
- Good knowledge in panel management and sensoric DIN norms
- Experienced in handling of FIZZ software, MS Office as well as SAP in general is an advantage
- Working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams is our daily business
- A proactive personality paired with strong communication skills, as well as a confident and convincing demeanor complete your profile
- Very good knowledge of German and English is part of your assets
