Seit dreizehn Jahren sind wir digitale Leadagentur für Deutschlands beliebtesten Einzelhändler. Wir begleiten die Transformation von dm vom stationären Händler zum Omni Channel-Retailer. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dm in Deutschland, sowie den Standorten in Österreich und Südosteuropa betreuen und entwickeln über 50 kreative Köpfe die Strategie und E-Commerce-Plattformen für dm und übernehmen darüber hinaus sämtliche weiteren Online-Aktivitäten, wie Social Media, CRM, Digital Branding, Kampagnen und Content-Marketing. Mit 350+ digitalen Spezialist:innen in Stuttgart, Berlin, Köln, Belgrad, Taipei und Shanghai begleitet oddity Unternehmen als Partner in eine digitale Welt. oddity ist ein Teil von Wongdoody, der Human Experience Agentur von Infosys.
**Das erwartet Dich**:
- Entwicklung und Gestaltung von außergewöhnlichen Kampagnen, einzigartigen digitalen Erlebnissen und relevanten Online-Kommunikationskonzepten für unseren abwechslungsreichen nationalen und internationalen Kunden dm drogerie markt.-
- Brainstorming und Weiterentwicklung von innovativen Designs, spannenden Bildkonzepten und kanalübergreifender Online-Kommunikation.-
- Spür
- und Sichtbarmachen des “dm-Gefühls”.-
- Verantwortungsbewusstes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Projektteams (Account Management, Konzeption, Design, Kunde).-
- Sehr gerne gehst Du in den inhaltlichen Lead von Projekten, treibst es voran und spielst eine relevante Rolle, wenn es um die Beratung unserer Kunden geht.-
- Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Präsentationen intern und vor Ort bei dm-drogerie markt.**Das bringst du mit**:
- Abgeschlossenes Grafik
- oder Designstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.-
- Mindestens 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Agentur oder einem ähnlich dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld, gerne im internationalen Bereich.-
- Ein besonders gutes Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation, kreative Kampagnen, Social Media Inhalte und digitale Gestaltung (still und bewegt).-
- Proaktives Mindset, visuell-konzeptionelle Herangehensweise und lösungsorientiertes Denken wie Handeln.-
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Shootings, die du entweder art-direktorisch betreust oder aber, bei denen du dir selbst das Handy schnappst und inhouse kleine Produktshootings durchführst oder Bewegtbildmaterial für die Social-Kanäle generierst.-
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse innerhalb der Adobe Creative Suite (idealerweise auch After Effects).-
- Leidenschaft für Deinen Beruf verbunden mit einem sehr hohen Design
- und Qualitätsanspruch.-
- Teamplayer-Mentalität sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln.-
