Fusion Consulting AG is seeking a Sales Associate & Executive Support for our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to contribute to the company's revenue growth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CRO, leveraging your sales-oriented mindset and organizational abilities. Your bilingual proficiency in German and English will facilitate effective communication within our global team. Additionally, you will have the chance to accompany the CRO on business travels, showcasing your sales skills and professionalism in closing deals with clients.

**What you will be doing**:

- Contribute to weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reporting, providing accurate and timely data to support sales forecasting and decision-making.
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and sending internal and external sales reports as well as plan events to promote effective collaboration and foster relationships with key accounts.
- Assist in preparing and scheduling sales presentations and events, including gathering information and market research to ensure CRO is fully prepared.
- Plan and prepare meetings, attend meetings, take action points, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Create, review, and send sales proposals on behalf of CRO, maintaining a high level of persuasiveness and attention to detail.
- Handle complex scheduling and calendar management as well as content and flow of information between senior decision-makers, maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Arrange CRO's travel logistics and activities, including accommodations and transportation, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements.
- Leverage your excellent interpersonal skills and rapport to build trust with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience working at the global sales level, preferably with C-level executives and high-value clients.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English in written and verbal form.
- Willingness to join business trips with CRO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the role.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- A sales-driven mindset, anticipating needs, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and taking initiative to drive results.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, able to connect with people at all levels of the organization and build effective relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Discreet and trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.
