Fermentation Technician

**Your mission**:

- Prepare media and bio-reactors for production
- Master fermentation at lab and pilot scale
- Run fermentation trials with the Lead Scientist
- Prepare media and fermenters for trails
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised laboratory environment
- Prepare samples for analysis with HPLC, UV-Vis, GC-MS
- Support for developing a HACCP production concept

**Your profile**:

- Laboratory technician (“laborant/ Biologisch-technische/r AssistentIn or Naturwissenschaftliche/r Labortechniker/in (FH)”) degree or similar
- Min. 2 years of experience in university or industry lab work (preferably in fermentation technology)
- Enthusiasm for working hands-on in the laboratory
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Good in MS Office and electronic lab notebooks
- Excellent written and verbal skills - Proficient in English - German is a plus
