**What You'll Do**:
Criteo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the Enterprise CEU team as a Client Partner, reporting directly to the Director CEU, Activation. This key role will be responsible for driving and growing the relationships with our top clients at a strategic level. As we evolve our business in 2024, the Client Partner will be critical to retain and scale our business with our largest revenue contributors.

The role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Manage existing relationships with leading eCommerce players in DACH, with the aim of building and growing strong partnerships
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction as a strong foundation to grow and diversify our joint activities across all of Criteo’s solutions. You will be directly in charge of all Commerce Growth activities, and we expect you to identify additional opportunities within Commerce Grid, Commerce Yield and Commerce Max together with the experts in charge of the respective solutions
- Develop a strong strategic vision and roadmap for growth across your portfolio, based on a deep understanding of Criteo’s portfolio of solutions and your client’s needs and business goals
- Position yourself as a trusted partner and advisor for your client counterparts, creating and maintaining a strong network within your book of business (from operational day-to-day contacts up to C-Level), and as an internal advocate for their specific needs, e.g. in collaboration with our Product and Go-To-Market teams
- Work closely together with the Account Strategists in charge of the operational day-to-day business with the clients in your book of business. Influence client strategy and act as a leader in problem-solving in case of any significant issues
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as technical solutions, analytics, creative services, marketing, legal, finance, product etc.
- Lead all business discussions with the client - with the involvement of representatives from product, legal, operations and other functions and together with senior management as needed
- Run thoughtful, data driven Quarterly Business Reviews as well as strategic meetings with senior stakeholders and/or deep dives on roadmap, specific products and initiatives etc.
- Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives
- Reliable forecasting based on a deep knowledge of opportunities and challenges within your direct book of business, as well as an excellent understanding of trends in the wider industry

**Who You Are**:

- You have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally, and you have a proven track record in building strong client relationships
- Exceptional team player, able to build and maintain strong relationships also within the organization to act as ONE Criteo team and in both our client’s and Criteo’s best interest
- Strategic thinking, able to identify and pursue complex opportunities on behalf of Criteo to drive and scale revenues within your team’s portfolio of prospects
- 100% client centric approach with the ability to listen well, to always put the customer’s needs and goals at the center and to build strong partnerships on behalf of Criteo
- Strong experience working within the Digital Advertising landscape in a relationship management role
- Experience working cross-functionally across commercial, operations, and product/technical teams
- Demonstrated ability in project management and presentation skills
- Detail oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, highly collaborative, ambiguous environments,
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with only high-level direction,
- Proven track record translating product solutions to customers in order to drive sales and strategic account conversations
- Must be fluent in German and English
