At the Friedrichsdorf site, Valeo Telematik and Akustik GmbH develops and manufactures innovative communication electronics for intelligent telematics, in order to network telecommunications, navigation, positioning and information technology and to increase driving comfort and traffic safety. In order to advance our further development, we are looking for you to join our team of experts at the next possible date.

These challenges await you
- Coordination of the financial reporting processes according to Valeo guidelines (in particular Mid-Term-Plan, yearly Budget, monthly Forecast, weekly Best Estimate, actual Closing)
- Control of gross and extended margin at product level
- Costing & material consumption analysis in relation to plant activity
- Control of overheads (including Non Quality Costs) and investments of the entity
- Control of action plans to reduce inventories
- Control of proper system set-up for Standard Costing definition (cycle times, hourly rates (HMAC, HMOD), material prices...)
- Analysis of Standard Costing vs Real Costing on a monthly basis
- Counterpart for Contract Approval Applications & Investment Authorization Requests reviews
- Coaching of 2 Junior Controllers
- Ad-hoc tasks according to Manager requirements (including support on Cash-Flow analysis and customer overdue follow-up)
- Follow-up of action plans in regards to compliance to Valeo Internal Controls
- Co-pilot of Plan-30 & BoT (Back on Track)

- University degree
- German language (basic knowledge is a must)
- Full understanding of processes and tasks associated to a Controlling Team Good knowledge of Accounting/IFRS principles
- Practical experience with SAP FI/CO
- Planning and organization skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsible attitude at all times
- Driving behavior towards change and continuous improvement
- Leadership skills (to coach Junior Controllers)
- Resilience and open-minded personality
- Strong communication skills
