Der Bereich Procurement sucht Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als

**Operational Buyer / Operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d)**

**Aufgabengebiet**:

- Anfrage von Rohstoffmustern sowie Angeboten bei Lieferanten inklusive Bearbeitung von Auftragsbestätigungen
- Ein
- und Aussteuerung von Rohstoffen unter Berücksichtigung der dazugehörigen systemtechnischen Prozesse
- Steuerung und Bearbeitung von Beständen (z. B. in Bezug auf Mindesthaltbarkeitsdaten und Slow-moving Items)
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Rohstoffstammdaten inklusive Überwachung und Sicherstellung des Eingangs von bestätigten Rohstoffspezifikationen
- Laufende Kommunikation mit den Fachbereichen Strategischer Einkauf, Disposition, Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung, Produktionsplanung und Lieferanten
- Auswertung und Analyse von einkaufsrelevanten Kennzahlen
- Administrative Aufgaben wie z. B. Rechnungsbearbeitung, Lieferantenbewertung, Kontraktverwaltung. Beantwortung von internen Anfragen zu Beständen und Verfügbarkeiten sowie Reklamationsbearbeitung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Beschaffungswesen/ Supply Chain Management sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Fachbereich Einkauf
- Aufgrund der internationalen Ausrichtung unseres Unternehmens setzen wir neben sehr guten Kenntnissen der deutschen auch gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache voraus
- Gute Kenntnisse der Software SAP R/3 im Modul MM
- Ausgeprägtes Planungs
- & Organisationsvermögen auch bei zeitkritischen Problemstellungen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Rahmen der internen und externen Schnittstellenfunktion
- Eigenständige, flexible und lösungsorientierte Denk
- und Arbeitsweise
