**Do you want to help change the world? Learn more about the role**:
As a dynamic and motivated HR Working Student, you’ll be part of our HR EMEA Team, working on a max. 20 hours/ week as an intern, responsible for EMEA HR-related Admin topics. You will gain an insight into the day-to-day business and get to know different areas of the HR work.
This position will be based in Frankfurt (München or Freiburg also posible), Germany with the option to work remotely on some days.
**What you will do**:
- Support the EMEA HR team in onboarding our new joiners and offboarding existent employees, especially helping your new colleagues from all over the world untangling Germany's specifics;
- Support with creation and management of employee-related documents ( as employment certificates,, work certificates, referrals letters, visa letters, etc);
- Maintain employee data and ensure information recorded in the HR system and other HR databases are up to date and accurate;
- Track Absences (as Sick leaves);
- Assist with planning and execution of special tasks and projects (e.g. local trainings);
- Support on HR office-related topics and activities as necessary (e.g. offline mail, vendor handling, activity hosting, general HR Inbox; packages, etc).
**Who you are and what you bring**:
- You bring a passion for HR and/or you already have some practical experience in the field of HR/office management (experience in a fast-paced / startup environment is a big plus)
- You are an enrolled student in Germany (M/F/d) (Bachelor’s or Master’s) majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or comparable
- You feel comfortable in an international environment and are fluent in English (minimum B2 level) and German (minimum C1 level) - essential
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A passion for the renewable sector
- Excellent organizational skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
