Stellenbeschreibung
Zu Deinen zentralen Aufgaben gehört die Koordination und Führung der Mitarbeitenden des Produktionsbereiches „Purification and Posttreatment“ im 3-Schichtbetrieb. Die Erstellung von Schichtplänen, effektive Aufgabenkoordination sowie die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Schichtübergangs obliegt Deiner Verantwortung. Des Weiteren bist Du für folgende Tätigkeiten zuständig:
- Leitung des Downstream und Posttreatment Prozesses nach der Oligosynthese
- Herstellung von Sonderprodukten im Zuge der Kundenprojekte
- Enge Kommunikation mit verbundenen Produktionseinheiten (R&D, Process Engineering und Instandhaltungstechnik)
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Implementierung von (neuen) Prozessen, Optimierungen und neuen Geräten
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards ISO9001 und ISO13485
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit verbundenen Produktionseinheiten (Synthese, MSM, QC)
- Verantwortung für die Geräte im eigenen Bereich (Organisation und Nachhaltung von Reparaturen)
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Liefertreue, Effizienz und Produktqualität
Qualifikationen
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Chemie, bevorzugt mit Promotion
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Oligonukleotidsynthese
- Dich zeichnet ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungs
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein aus
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Liquid Handling Tools in der Anwendung und Programmierung
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in folgenden Bereichen:
- ISO9001 und/oder ISO13485 Qualitätsmanagementsysteme
- GMP Produktion
- Projektmanagement
- Lean Management, bevorzugt in Kombination mit Hochdurchsatz
- Du besitzt ein energetisches, sicheres Auftreten und Handeln
- Du bringst eine proaktive, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit
