**What you will do**:
We are looking for talented people with strong business analysis, project management and teamwork skills to have an impact on our transformation projects. Your assignments include (but are not limited to):

- Support CA management and team with internal project tasks incl. organizing & preparing content & agendas for workshops, meetings, enablement sessions & community events.
- Support the preparation of regular status & KPI reports. Help us collate a library of key reporting assets.
- Take over small projects independently and drive them from planning to execution.
- Maintain the MEE CA Portal (SharePoint), with posts, content, videos, news & events and ideas of your own.

**What you bring**:

- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business, Computer or Data Science, Technology, Communications or Change Mgmt., Marketing, Media or Publishing, Education

Technical skills:

- Expert in Microsoft Office Apps
- Expert in PowerPoint layout & design skills
- Project management knowledge
- Familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage

Language skills:

- Fluent business English - spoken and written

Soft skills:

- Team player & enjoys a fast pace
- Great organizing skills
- Creative, open to new ideas & questions the status quo
- Enthusiastic to develop new skills
- Results oriented, self-starter
- Reliable, proactive, independent

SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise turns any business into a best-run business. The Customer Advisory (CA) organization in Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE) is chartered with differentiating SAP as the innovation partner of choice by making the Intelligent Enterprise value and experience real for every customer.
The MEE Customer Advisory Business Transformation Office is responsible for developing and running strategic programs, the operational execution trough processes, tools and business insights and delivering best-in-class enablement and development opportunities.
As a working student you will be part of the MEE CA organization, in particular the Business Transformation Office. Here you work closely together with the MEE CA Strategy & Transformation Lead, as well as the Operations & Enablement Leads.
