**Your tasks**:

- Supervising the production area to ensure the goals are met
- Organizing and optimizing the production area
- Ensuring the quality of the products delivered
- Managing and developing employees

**Your profile**:

- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (M/F/t), precision mechanic (M/F/t), mechatronics engineer (M/F/t) with several years of professional experience
- Independent, responsible and cooperative way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility
- Experience of leading a team with at least 20 employees
- Knowledge of machining desirable
- Experience with lean manufacturing tools (6's, SMED, etc.).
- Knowledge of ISO-9000-14000
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel
- Personally, you are characterized by your independent, imaginative and goal-oriented way of working as well as a friendly and confident demeanour
