Job Requirements
- Investigation of used filter bags, preparation of reports to outcome actual performance of the bags and provide actual product assessment and remaining lifetime.
- Execution of filter tests on the VDI filter test rig including comprehensive evaluation and interpretation of results, completion of reports for internal and external purposes, adaptation of the test to special customer specifications.
- Analysis of samples, filter materials and performance of the necessary tests, preparation of reports
- Preparation of technical data sheets and technical release of specifications in the field of filtration, support of the sales team regarding recommendation, fabric selection.
- Organization of external tests
- Technical support to sales, production, quality assurance teams
- Supporting department manager on the maintenance of laboratory facilities and the optimisation of resources
- Assist with providing nonstandard costings to the commercial team
