**YOUR ROLE**:

- Develop global e-Commerce strategy, identify future growth drivers and lead implementation in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
- Monitor competition, intl. markets and build on current and future e-Commerce opportunities and trends for Henkel's businesses growth
- Drive e-Commerce fundamentals with synergies cross-countries and cross-BUs, e.g. content production, e-Commerce media activation
- Pro-actively manage stakeholders across different hierarchy levels and business units, incl. top management
- Develop dedicated e-Commerce assortment and innovation pipeline
- Steer the development of specific e-Commerce content as well as media activation
- Build up preferred partnerships and joint business plans with global key customers

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Student who has successfully passed first semesters of business-related studies
- Practical and international experience, e.g. by internships and semesters abroad, is beneficial
- Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
- Excellent computer/ internet skills and firm knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
- Affinity for e-Commerce/ online shopping and understanding of online-marketing and eCRM metrics is advantageous
- Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and creative team-player with a high level of independence and an open-minded personality

We offer you an attractive salary between €800-1960 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
