The Contemporary Museum for Photography, Art and Culture Fotografiska was founded in 2010 in Stockholm and in late 2019 opened its newest outpost in NYC's Flatiron District. These locations are complemented by expansion in Tallinn, and our forthcoming museums in Berlin, Shanghai, and Miami. Fotografiska showcase the greatest photographers, whether they're emerging artists or already established internationally.

Slated to open in 2023, Fotografiska Berlin is located at Oranienburger Strasse 54 inside a unique historic and cultural landmark and home to an unexpected mix of world-class art, vibrant cultural programming, and exceptional dining experiences. Housing 5,500 square meters, the architects Herzog & de Meuron have been assigned to carry out renovations to the cultural heritage site.

**The Role**

The Marketing Working Student (20 hours per week) supports the team to plan, develop and implement innovative and effective marketing campaigns in support of Fotografiska Berlin. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Working Student will help to bring the marketing plan to life with a scope of content marketing, brand marketing, media & influencer relationships, PR, events, analytics, community marketing, etc. For this role, a strong interest in culture with a regular attendance and demonstration of curiosity for gallery and museum openings, live music, culinary arts, editorial publications, fashion shows, web3 innovation, current events, etc. would be desirable.

**Requirements**:

- First work experience ideally focused on cultural, deeply editorial, creative, lifestyle, and/or experiential industries
- Passion for digital and social media platforms including content requirements for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook
- Keeping track of KPIs and evaluation of all our initiatives to derive learnings
- Baseline experience in creative content development of many kinds including the ability to take care of small graphic tasks
- Support the team with developing reports and analytics using internal programs
- Help with content management and updates on all touchpoints as well as developing marketing and promotion material
- Supporting in accounting and invoice handling of our various partners
- Research production partner for print assets, collaterals and other basic marketing material
- Drafting presentations to support the team to deliver concepts and strategies
- Translation management for all copy needs on the website, social media, etc.
- Profiency in English and in German
