Aral pulse are going global, and we need YOU to help us on our adventure to get to an Electric Future and become NetZero across the world.
- We’re looking to meet the growing global demand for safe, sustainable, and affordable energy. We aim to deliver the fastest, most convenient network of 100,000 EV charging points worldwide by 2030. To do this, we need to rapidly grow our fantastic team with the best EV experts out there.

- On our mission to make EV Fleet and Home Charging convenient and reliable, we are rolling out offers for our B2B and B2C customers. We use the Aral brand which is one of the strongest brands in the mobility space in Germany.
- Purpose of the role is to lead and develop a team that creates a market leading offer including elements of Hardware, Digital and Process.
- This is an opportunity to join a business unit with startup-mentality in a fast-growing market, and ultimately help enable more people to transition to electric vehicles. You will not just be part of the biggest disruption in the mobility ecosystem for a century - you will be at the forefront of it as we shape the EV charging market in Germany.

**Job Advert**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Overall responsibility for the EV charging offer to our German home and fleet charging customers including Hardware, Digital and Process elements
- Lead, motivate and coach a team of Product Managers and Business/Process Analysts to create the best possible customer experience in the market
- Close collaboration with the Global Product and Local Sales teams in serving customers
- Definition, implementation and continuous improvement of the related Offer Development processes, from requirements gathering to prioritization and implementation
- Management of budget and resources allocated to the underlying initiatives
- People Manager for 3 direct reports and 3 dotted line reports

**Requirements**:

- Good university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Sales or similar field
- Proven track record in product development and launching of new products (required)
- Experienced leader with multiple years of leadership experience (required)
- Expert in customer and product design methods (required)
- Knowledge of EV charging market and technology (preferred)
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills (required)
- Proven capability to operate and bring success in highly demanding and complex business, with ability to manage customer expectations (required)
- Advanced knowledge of EV charging technology (preferred)
- Experience and existing network in the Automotive Sector (preferred)
