Unterstützung als Administrator einer Testmanagement Applikation im Bereich Solution Transition.

**Dein Aufgabengebiet**:

- Administration und Betreuung der eingesetzten Testmanagement-Tools und Workflows
- Bearbeitung von Störungen gemäß Spezifikation (Störungsannahme, Fehleranalyse, Fehlerbehebung)
- Unterstützung im Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Testmanagementsysteme
- Antragsabarbeitung im Rahmen des Regelbetriebes sowie Patchmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Fortschreibung von relevanten Dokumenten

**Deine Expertise**:
**Qualifikationsanforderungen**
- Kenntnisse in einschlägigen Tools (MS Office: Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook): MS Office, MS Windows, Client
- und Netzwerkadministration
- Ausbildung Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium: Informationstechnik/ IT-Beruf
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

**Erfahrungsanforderungen**
- Erfahrung im Bereich Testing
- Erfahrungen im Bereich heterogene Netzwerke
- Erfahrungen in Standard-Applikationen Windows, MS Office
- Erfahrungen Skripterstellung, Batch, Shell
- Erfahrungen Protokolle in der Anwendung: HTTP, HTTPS, RDP
- Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Ticket-Systemen und Wissensdatenbanken
