Private equity funds have long been one of the most attractive investment opportunities, outperforming public market benchmarks, like the S&P 500. But these funds have also been difficult or impossible to access, especially for individuals. Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out. Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few. Enter Moonfare.

Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50,000. Moonfare provides investors with innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market. We are introducing never before seen transparency and liquidity to private equity, and with our ongoing expansion across key markets in Europe and Asia, we are enabling investors around the world to reach further.

**Brand and Communication Designer (M/F/d)**

Moonfare has succeeded in building an award-winning platform that has digitized and disrupted an entire financial market but we're really just getting started. As we scale and grow, we're looking for a Brand and Communication Designer to help us bring the Moonfare brand to life and reach the minds of potential investors. You'll work closely with our marketing and communications team to refine our branding and deliver materials including print & digital ads, presentations etc. From the perfect image to vibrant illustrations and everything in between, you'll think big to reach our common goal. You will operate in a safe space for creativity whilst working with a team that is open to ideas and change.

**You will**:

- Work closely with Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders to ensure we deliver an impactful and exceptional brand experience to new and existing investors
- while being independent for the majority of the phases
- Make sure the guidelines are applied and facilitate the use of design templates for stakeholders across the company
- Work across web, print, and marketing channels (including decks, clothing, packaging, event collateral) and knowing what works best for different channels and formats
- Create designs for all formats including offline and online, from internal presentations to billboard campaigns
- Participate in your team rituals to improve the design workflow and quality
- Substantially contribute to defining the 'what' as well as the 'how'. You thrive best when helping to define the requirements, not just translating them into designs
- Facilitate and draw the best design ideas for your teammates and critique your own solutions

**The Next Moonfarian**:

- You have at least 5 years experience working as a Visual/Brand Designer
- Previous experience working within an agile environment and working within diverse, x-functional teams
- Previously worked on B2B/B2C products and work within Brand Guidelines
- Has previously worked on luxury brands (nice to have)
- You're passionate about branding and have experience working with existing brands as well as building brands with a clean slate
- You love collaborating with different stakeholders in a company and have the ability to cultivate a shared understanding of Branding and Design
- Are fluent in all steps of the design process and know how to maintain a visual brand for companies and products
- You're comfortable balancing foundational design explorations with getting projects out the door and iterating fast
- Have a strong portfolio. Your solutions are not only elegant and unique but you can demonstrate a well-structured, iterative design process and thinking
- You have exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to lead team meetings and find creative solutions to complex problems
