**Your Mission**
- You lead / support master data projects on a global level
- Also, you support organizational process improvement initiatives that require master data input
- Therefor, you interact with internal and external stakeholders to design, maintain and document master data structures to meet the business needs
- You coordinate data requirements across all organizational functions to ensure consistency and accuracy of data
- You design processes and develop IT tools for efficient data management and reporting metrics
- Performing training of users also is one of your tasks

**Your Talents**
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or similar
- At least 5 years experience in leading data governance/master data management initiatives in internal companies
- Profound expertise in SAP (ERP, MDG), PIM and/or BI systems
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality and master data management concepts; familiar with data quality reporting methodologies, experience in creating visual dashboards
- Experience with business process improvement methodologies and project management background are awaited
- Ability to interact with different stakeholders and motivated to train and drive change
- Hands-on and problem-solving mentality to challenge “status quo”
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English (and German)
