**Deine täglichen Aufgaben**:

- Du kümmerst dich um die dynamische Planung und operative Abwicklung von Sendungen in unserem Transportmanagementsystem.
- Außerdem optimierst du täglich Landtransporte in Bezug auf Route, Laufzeit, Supply-Chain-Sicherheit und Kosten.
- Du übernimmst kunden
- und lösungsorientiertes Engpass
- und Exception-Management
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du Kundenlösungen durch die kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse weiter
- Du kommunizierst sowohl mit den Kunden und anderen Netzwerkpartnern sowie unserem Netzwerkplanungsteam

**Damit beeindruckst Du uns**:

- Dein Herz schlägt für das Management von Transporten diese Leidenschaft hast du während deiner abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann*frau entdeckt
- Nun möchtest du auf deinen praktischen Erfahrungen in der operativen Transportlogistik im Bereich Land
- und Straßenverkehr aufsetzen und deine Karriere in diesen Bereichen vorantreiben
- Du magst es, mit unterschiedlichen Parteien wie Kunden und Dienstleistern lösungsorientiert zu kommunizieren und bestichst durch sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Die MS Office-Anwendungen weißt du genau wie deine sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse als Werkzeug für deine tägliche Arbeit einzusetzen
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und mit den Kunden ganz gleich, ob virtuell oder persönlich
