**Your role**

Als **Team Lead Accounting** leitest Du ein Team von Buchhaltern und koordinierst alle buchhalterischen Aktivitäten. Deine Arbeit wird einen bedeutenden Einfluss auf das Kerngeschäft von Lano haben, unsere Controlling-Aktivitäten unterstützen und datengestützte Entscheidungen ermöglichen. Du wirst sehr eng mit unserer Controlling-Abteilung und dem gesamten Finanzteam zusammenarbeiten. Eine wichtige Aufgabe in dieser Funktion ist die Teilnahme an Projekten zur weiteren Verbesserung der finanzbezogenen Arbeitsabläufe bei Lano.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Du leitest und entwickelst das Buchhaltungsteam bei Lano und bereitest es auf das weitere Unternehmenswachstum vor
- Du betreust alle buchhaltungs bezogenen Aufgaben und Themen bei Lano
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die fristgerechte Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
- Du führst die Kommunikation mit Steuerberatern und Prüfern
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für verschiedene Abteilungen zu Themen mit Bezug zur Buchhaltung

**What you need to succeed**:

- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung (5+ Jahre) als Bilanzbuchhalter in **DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen**:

- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in der Finanzbuchhaltung und im betrieblichen Rechnungswesen gesammelt
- Du hast eine gründliche Arbeitsweise und eine hohe Detailgenauigkeit
- Du bist weltoffen und arbeitest gerne in einem internationalen Team
- Du bist lösungsorientiert und übernimmst proaktiv die Verantwortung für Themen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams

**Nice to have**:

- Du hast bereits in einer Produkt / Tech Firma gearbeitet, idealerweise in einem Startup
- Großes Plus: Du hast Erfahrung mit HR-bezogenen Geschäftsmodellen
