**Ihre Aufgaben**:
**Nachhaltigkeitsratings - **Du begleitest und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Teilnahme an Nachhaltigkeitsratings mit Fokus auf CDP. Innerhalb der Projekte erstellst du Gap-Analysen und unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Datensammlung und Erstellung der Antworten. Zentraler Aspekt der Projekte sind Kunden-Workshops, die du vorbereitest, nachbereitest und durchführst.
**Projektmanagement -** Du übernimmst Projektverantwortung und setzt deine Projekte von der Planung bis zum Abschluss-Workshop um.
**Weiterentwicklung - **Durch Kundenfeedback und die Analyse der Rating
- und Berichterstattungslandschaft, trägts du wesentlich zu der Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden sowie unserer eigenen Angebote im Bereich Rating bei.

**Ihr Profil**:
Du bist begeistert von Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und möchtest deinen Beitrag zur Transparenz in der Berichterstattung leisten.
Nach deinem Studienabschluss in Natur-, Technik-, Wirtschafts
- oder Sozialwissenschaften verfügst du über Berufserfahrung im Unternehmenskontext.
Du bringst praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich (Sustainability)-Ratings und Reporting ein und kennst dich detailliert mit den Anforderungen und Bewertungskriterien von CDP Climate, Water und Forest aus.
Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und bist sicher im Umgang mit Kunden.
Ein Verständnis über Normen, Projekte und Methoden für die Reduzierung von THG-Emissionen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, kannst internationale Projekte aber auch auf Englisch begleiten.

**Kommunizieren**: Mit Freude am Kundenkontakt und deiner Fähigkeit zum präzisen Formulieren und überzeugenden Argumentieren sprichst du die Sprache unserer Kunden und bist in der Lage Diskussionsrunden und Workshops zu moderieren.
