**Meine Aufgaben**
- IT Projektmanagement wie IT-Statusbesprechungen, Aufgabenmanagement
- Budgetmanagement wie Aktualisierung des Kontrollblattes, Stundenverwaltung, Kommunikation der Stundenbuchung
- SRM-Warenkorbverwaltung
- IT-Projektkommunikation wie Projekt-Newsletter, Leitung der monatlichen IT-Sitzungen
- Projektberichterstattung
- Onboarding des IT-Teams (HW/SW-Koordination, Koordination der Systemzugänge für interne/externeProjektmitglieder)
- Pflege des Projektdashboards
- Monitoring des aktuellen Stands der Projekte
- Planung von Veranstaltungen
- Planung von Projektworkshops und Unterstützung bei der Durchführung
- Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für den operativen und den Exekutiv-Lenkungsausschuss
- Regelmäßiger Abgleich mit einem oder mehreren funktionalen Teams hinsichtlich des Fortschritts der Arbeitspakete und der geplanten sowie Ist-Kapazitäten und der Verfügbarkeit von Ressourcen

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der IT-Technik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Project Management Office sowie Change Management Organisation mit vergleichbarem Aufgabenbereich
- Kenntnisse über die Einführung von Prozessänderungen und IT-Projekten und den damit verbundenen Wandel, Maßnahmen des Prozess
- und Projektmanagements
- Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Tools und -Techniken und Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einer Project Management Office-Funktion
- Engagiertes und selbstbewusstes Auftreten im Umgang mit Projektmanagern und Interessenvertretern des oberen Managements innerhalb der Organisation
- Fundierte MS Office Kenntnisse
- Fundierte SAP Kenntnisse, mit SAP S4/Hana
- Kenntnisse in PTC Windchill
- Fundierte Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Engagiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Sorgfalt
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz
- Fähigkeit zur Bewältigung komplexer und dynamischer Arbeitsprozesse
