Caya macht Papierkram wieder angenehm. Unsere Mission ist es, administrative Tätigkeiten für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen zu automatisieren. Über 20.000 Kund\*innen nutzen unsere SaaS-Lösung bereits als Document Cockpit & zur Digitalisierung ihrer täglichen Briefpost. Caya wird von namhaften Investor\*innen unterstützt und von einem erfahrenen Gründerteam geführt.

Als Teamleiter\*in Customer Experience verantwortest du die Leitung und Entwicklung unseres 5-köpfigen Teams sowie den Fortschritt unserer Service-Prozesse und letztlich auch die Erreichung unserer Ziele und OKRs. Damit unsere Kund\*innen durch unsere Unterstützung tagtäglich Zeit sparen und sich (wieder) auf’s Wesentliche konzentrieren können.

Aufgaben
- Du führst und begleitest ein Team von fünf Customer-Experience-Held\*innen und entwickelst dieses kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du sorgst für eine sinnvolle Priorisierung der Aufgaben, sodass das Team produktiv arbeiten kann und unseren Kund\*innen geholfen wird.
- Du treibst unseren Wachstum voran, indem du sicherstellst, dass unsere Kund\*innen freundlich und effizient betreut werden.
- Du agierst als wesentliche Schnittstelle zwischen Customer Relations, Operations, Sales und Product und bist für die Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse verantwortlich.
- Du arbeitest gerne mit KPIs und OKRs und weißt, an welchen Stellschrauben gedreht werden muss, um diese zu erreichen.
- Ein exzellenter Service ist für dich das A und O - du weißt, was unsere Kund\*innen beschäftigt und packst auch selbst mit an, um die beste Lösung zu finden.

Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung als Teamlead mit und bezeichnest dich als Expert\*in im Kundensupport, vorzugsweise B2B.
- Du bist kommunikative\*r Teamplayer\*in und hast ein freundliches, respektvolles und sicheres Auftreten.
- Wir nutzen Zendesk als CRM-Software - mit dem Tool konntest du schon erste Erfahrungen sammeln. Generell hast du ein gutes, technisches Verständnis.
- Eine strukturierte, selbständige und analytische Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du begeisterst dich für Software und Digitalisierung und hast im besten Fall auch schon in diesem Umfeld gearbeitet.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf muttersprachlichem Niveau - dein Team und ein Großteil unserer Kund\*innen spricht Deutsch, unsere Company Sprache ist Englisch.
