About the Role:
Als Workplace Experience (WE) Senior Coordinator‘ sind Sie Teil des globalen WE Team, das sich durch eine starke standortübergreifende Vernetzung auszeichnet.

Der Bereich Workplace Experience umfasst sämtliche Prozesse im Front
- und Back-Office-Bereich, von der Begrüßung von Mandanten und externen Besuchern bis hin zur Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Anwält*innen und Staff-Mitarbeiter*innen, damit diese sich in der Kanzlei optimal betreut fühlen. Als WE Senior Coordinator übernehmen Sie die Führungsverantwortung für unser lokales WE Team, und fokussieren sich darauf, internen und externen Kunden der Kanzlei eine erstklassige Customer Experience zu bieten.

Die Position ist an unserem Standort in München angesiedelt. Der für uns wichtige fachliche Austausch im Team schließt Reisetätigkeiten an andere Standorte nicht aus.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Ihre Aufgaben:

- Empfang und Betreuung von Mandant*innen, externen Gästen und Mitarbeiter*innen der Kanzlei
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Büroablaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie allgemeine Büroorganisation inklusive
- Bestellung von Food & Beverages sowie Büromaterial
- Postbearbeitung
- Rechnungskontrolle und -erfassung
- Beauftragung und Koordination externer Dienstleister
- Sie beschreiten innovative Wege, um unsere Abläufe und Dienstleistungen stetig zu verbessern und das Arbeitsplatzerlebnis zu optimieren, wenn es beispielsweise um
- Organisation von Caterings,
- Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Mandanten
- und internen Meetings,
- Bereitstellung und Anwendung der erforderlichen Technik sowie
- Arbeitsplatz
- und Büroausstattung generell geht.
- Pflege einer offenen Feedbackkultur sowie Förderung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams.

Ihr Profil:

- Sie sind das Gesicht unserer Kanzlei, haben Spaß an der Arbeit mit und für Menschen und verlieren auch in hektischen Situationen nie Ihr Lächeln und Ihre Professionalität.
- Sie verstehen es, in jeder Situation als perfekter Gastgeber zu agieren.
- Sie verfügen über ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, und bewahren auch in hektischen Zeiten Ruhe und strahlen Selbstsicherheit aus.
- Sie sind kreativ, zukunftsorientiert und Innovationen gegenüber aufgeschlossen, sowie zugleich in der Lage, flexibel auf Veränderungen zu reagieren, diese umzusetzen und voranzutreiben.
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Bereich Hospitality oder im Kundenservice.
- Sie haben idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt und einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie oder im Facility und / oder Büromanagement eines Unternehmens im Bereich Professional Services.
- Organisationstalent, Technikaffinität, gute Kenntnisse der MS Office-Programme, sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
