**Duties**:

- Serves as Network Manager within the Operational Center. Is responsible for Local Area Network (LAN) management, technical operation, analysis, installation, and repair.
- Applies analytical and evaluative processed related to classified/unclassified computer networks with telecommunications cryptographic devices and/or automation equipment.
- Maintains baseline and current target DOD Defense Data Network (DDN) Information Management Equipment (IME) configuration in the local military community.
- Incumbent attends routine and regular SCI VTCs, meetings and working groups, which require access to Top Secret Sensitive, Compartmented Information (SCI) materials, equipment, programs, facilities and systems.
- Oversees implementation and modification of the NIPR/SIPR network architecture. Develops Local LAN/CAN/FAN operating procedures and policies.
- Provides recommendations for ICDS/CDS upgrades to the current infrastructure and oversees ICDS/CDS implementation in accordance with Military Construction Project Data to address MCA issues.
- Performs in-depth analysis of automated and manual systems related to networks and/or telecommunications to accomplish design goals
