**Your Mission**
- You provide daily technical product support for the KARL STORZ Imaging & Devices portfolio to our main target group - KARL STORZ subsidiaries and distribution partners worldwide
- You participate in the Global Product Development Process (GPDP) for maintenance related activities
- You are responsible for the preparation and creation of technical documentation (Service & Maintenance Manuals) for new and existing Imaging & Devices products
- You support Global Marketing with the introduction and market launch of new Imaging & Devices products
- You manage the phase-out and end-of-life of KARL STORZ Imaging & Devices products
- You create and support training courses for service technicians on Imaging & Devices products in cooperation with Training & Education

**Your Talents**
- At least 3 years of experience in product/service management or as a product specialist or in positions with customer contact, e.g. as a customer service representative or service technician
- At least 2 years of experience in medical technology or a related industry
- Experience with SAP and CRM
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sense for internal promotion and marketing
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
