**Your tasks**:

- Control that suppliers and customers adhere to routines and procedures through monitoring of: production systems (TransIT, IPAL and similar), tracking and tracing, EDI flows.
- Take corrective actions in case of deviations in the control tower and to execute other nonautomated moments according to TCC's processes on Docpoint and associated routines
- Help the Traffic Manager compiling required statistics for evaluation and follow-up of services rendered and bought, as well as to provide Traffic Manager with statistics and reports agreed upon
- Supply forms and other printed documents related to the TCC
- File and supervise computer documents
- Order to received and validate customer's order
- Plan load planning, load tendering, scheduling, transport booking
- Execute labels, in transit reporting, pre-advice notification, status handling, IOD, POD, transport documents
- Handle the department's claims
- Report deviations in transport management system
- Handle ADR and customs if applicable
- Contribute to continuous improvement and make suggestions, lean process

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Experience with all modes of transport, particularly road and air
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Comfortable in international environments
- Good standard of English to use in business environment
- Experienced user of MS Office, transport management system and ideally ERP (e.g. SAP)
- Customer focused attitude, issue solving mindset
