Your Role

Possible tasks within the program:
- work on different topics in the field of People & Organizational Development such as leadership development, talent & performance management, expert development or organizational development-
- get to know HR work from a strategic and operational perspective-
- support within global people development initiatives, projects and programs-
- support the preparation, delivery and follow-up of workshops and trainings-
- take on responsibility for the design and implementation of new concepts**Profile**:
- Completed field of study in (business) psychology, business administration or similar field of study- Practical experience gained, for example, as an intern or working student (maximum of 1,5 years)- Interest, motivation and desire for personal responsibility and willingness to- Flexibility to work at different ZEISS locations in Germany during the program- Fluent in English & German, both written and spoken, further languages beneficial

Screening & Online Assessment: May 01st - May 31st, 2024

Video Interviews: June 01st - June 30th, 2024

Onsite Interview Day: July 01st - July 30th, 2024
