**Your mission**:
Our business is growing and so is our team: we will be around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2023.

Your core mission as our new Finance Planning & Analysis Team Lead is to build out the structure of the new FP&A team. You will be **the main architect** for leading the planning process from a financial point of view - furthering the financial performance of the company.

**Your role**:
**Financial planning**
- You will prepare the short-, medium
- and long-term financial planning for the entire GotPhoto Group in close cooperation with our management team and the CFO.
- You are responsible for and actively manage the entire annual planning process as well as the coordination of targets with the departments

**Financial Analysis & Reporting**
- You build an integrated reporting for the GotPhoto group incl. financial and non-financial KPIs
- You are responsible for and prepare the financial reporting to our top management and to our investors
- You prepare budget reports and forecasts for the departments in close collaboration with the accounting team
- You analyze deviations between plan and actuals, as well as potential risks, and actively derive measures to mitigate them together with our accounting team,

**Controlling**
- Together with your team, you are responsible for Group Controlling and, together with the CFO, you ensure that we achieve our corporate financial targets.
- You support our top management in budget planning and actively manage the achievement of the management’s budget targets.
- You build up a cost controlling function in close cooperation with the operative departments of the company
- You control the top line key figures together with the sales and customer care departments

**Skills we are looking for**:
In addition to a successfully completed a business degree with a focus on finance or controlling, you will also have the following qualities:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in the finance department of a medium-sized company or within a start-up
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning and modelling
- In-depth knowledge of setting up planning and reporting structures in a fast-growing company
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards (HGB and/or IFRS/US-GAAP)
- You are not afraid of any challenge and you like to try out new ideas independently
- You work in a structured manner and never lose sight of the bigger picture
- First experience in leading cross-functional teams
