**Quality Specialist Complaints (w/m/d)**

Wir suchen Sie zur Unterstützung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Termin als einen **Quality Specialist Complaints (w/m/d)**.

**CHANCE UND PERSPEKTIVE - WAS SIE ERWARTET**:

- Erarbeitung und Sicherung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsplänen und - programmen
- Betreuung von Inspektionen der Aufsichtsbehörde im Rahmen der Herstellungs
- und Großhandelserlaubnis
- Umsetzung der „Regulatory Compliance“ in Kooperation mit dem Regulatory Affairs Manager
- Monitoring der Konzernqualitätsvorgaben und deren Implementierung das lokale QMS
- Aufnahme und Erstbewertung bekannt gewordener Meldungen über Arzneimittelrisiken bzw. deren Verdachtsfälle soweit pharmazeutisch-technische Defekte betroffen sind.
- Zusammenarbeit und Ansprechpartner für Kundenservice/KAMs/Medical Information und anderer Abteilungen hinsichtlich Reklamationen.

**PERSÖNLICHKEIT UND ENGAGEMENT - WAS SIE MITBRINGEN**:

- Ausbildung als PTA/PKA/CTA/MTA
- Mindеstens ein Jahr Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Excel, Access und PowerPoint
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
